Publication Fees

The Alassema University Scientific Journal (AUSJ) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 500.00 Libyan Dinars (LYD) for accepted manuscripts to support the publication of high-quality research through its open-access publishing platform.

The APC contributes to maintaining a rigorous editorial and peer-review process and ensures that all accepted articles are published online with free and unrestricted access for readers worldwide.

The APC covers the complete publication process, including editorial management, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, online publication, and long-term archiving. No additional publication fees are charged after acceptance.

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Authors will receive payment instructions together with the official acceptance notification, and publication will proceed once payment has been confirmed.

In certain circumstances, the journal may grant full or partial APC waivers to eligible authors in accordance with its waiver policy.

Editorial decisions are based solely on the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of the submitted manuscript and are completely independent of the author's ability to pay the APC.
